All products customized by Rarus have two year warranty. This warranty is applicable only for Rarus Company Ltd. not from Apple. If you have any issue with your product, please let us know.


If your device is out of warranty period or there is a problem, not covered by the claim, let us know. We will find out what is the problem and suggest solution.

All devices sent to repair or complaint must be erased to factory settings and must be turned off the "Find My iPhone" service.
